Thinking about a career in health? You've probably heard plenty about the pathways into med school, dentistry, and the like, but those are just a few of the doors into the health field. Behind every patient, every treatment, and every health system is a whole team of people, and many of their roles are ones students rarely hear about. Professionals making their way into health careers you might not have pictured yourself in yet will join us to share how they found their path, what their work actually looks like, and where it could take you.  

This event is part of Careers in Focus, a program co-facilitated by SURGE and the Faculty of Science, designed to help students explore science-based career paths. Free and open to students from all fields of study. 

Hear from people working in areas like public health, health research, allied health, and health innovation, and discover career paths in health you might not have considered…yet.
